Drift — Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 2026

Overview

Drift ("the Game") is a free-to-play precision platformer developed by Elliott White. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Data We Collect

We do not collect any personal information. The Game does not require account creation, login, or any personally identifiable information.

Local Data Storage

The Game stores gameplay data (progress, coins, settings, achievements) locally on your device using standard browser storage (localStorage). This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server.

Advertising

The Game uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data for the purpose of serving relevant ads. You can review Google's privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

We serve non-personalized ads by default. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device's privacy settings.

In-App Purchases

The Game offers optional in-app purchases processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store any payment information. All transactions are handled by Apple under their privacy policy.

Analytics

We do not use any third-party analytics services. We do not track your behavior, location, or usage patterns.

Children's Privacy

The Game is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect information from children. No personal data is collected from any user regardless of age.

Third-Party Services

The only third-party service used is Google AdMob for advertising. No other third-party SDKs, analytics, or tracking services are integrated.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
